About Us
‍Founded in 2012 to honour the memory of Godwin Lawson, who heroically lost his life protecting his friends from a knife attack, our foundation is a beacon of hope. We are committed to turning tragedy into triumph by advancing the education and personal development of young people. Through engaging educational programs, personal growth activities, and sports, we build self-esteem, teamwork, and cultural awareness.

‍Our History
‍The story of Godwin Lawson is both heartbreaking and inspiring. On March 27, 2010, 17-year-old Godwin was fatally stabbed while defending his friends in North London. This senseless act of violence underscores the urgent need to address gang culture and "postcode wars" that threaten our youth. By investing in young people eager to make a positive impact, we combat these issues at their root, fostering resilience and community spirit.

‍Advocacy and Change
‍We are not just advocates; we are catalysts for change. Spearheaded by Yvonne and Calvin Lawson, our foundation has led successful campaigns for tougher knife crime laws, including mandatory sentences for repeat offenders. Yvonne and Calvin' s powerful advocacy brings national attention to the devastating consequences of knife crime, driving legislative and social change.
