Overview: The PROPEL project aims to address the persistent racial inequity faced by Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) young people in Haringey. This initiative seeks to empower systems change and sustainability within the youth sector, creating a lasting impact on the community.

Expand the current Youth Echo initiative.
Broaden capacity-building efforts from Tottenham to other wards within Haringey.
