Overview: The Parent Champions Carers Network (PCCN) aims to train parents within the borough to become champions who can support their peers. This initiative focuses on improving safeguarding procedures, understanding SEND referrals, and reducing school exclusions.

Support understanding of trauma and its impact on behaviour.
Enhance knowledge of school systems and policies.
Increase awareness of gangs and grooming to reduce involvement.
